Consultations
Consultations are complimentary. They can be pre-booked as an appointment or carried out by telephone to determine the best treatment for your individual needs helping us to offer you the very best service possible. For certain treatments on young ladies under the age of 16 we recommend a complimentary Mother and Daughter consultation prior to treatment.
Double glow experience (Wrexham salon only)
Our beautifully relaxing double treatment room can be booked for those times when you’d like to share a little relax.
Express Glow
If you are short of time, book the sheer luxury of two therapists tending to your needs at one time, for example, have a manicure or pedicure at the same time as enjoying your CACI treatment, or an eyelash tint whilst having your pedicure. The list is endless. The cost exactly the same.

Gift vouchers... a simply wonderful gift
Available for any amount and all occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, Mothers Day, St Valentines or Christmas, for ladies and gentleman too.
Mail order
Products and gift vouchers can be ordered and paid for with any major credit cards over the telephone then delivered to your door by post. We can also arrange for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered with any gift or voucher... nothing is too much trouble.
Gift wrapping
We take pleasure in wrapping your gifts with silk tissue, gift wrap, co-ordinating ribbon and gift bags. Prestige package and wrapping is available for a nominal cost.

Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours notice of any cancellation of appointment.
Payment policy
All major credit cards accepted (except American Express). Cheques only with a valid guarantee card. All courses to be paid for in full at time of booking. Gift Vouchers and Pre-payments are non-refundable.

To ensure your favourite time and therapist, bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance.
Parking and directions to GLOW
There are ample parking facilities close to the salon, as shown on the maps here. If you require travel directions to us, then please call the salon, and we will be happy to help.
Children
We adore children, but we all need a little special time away from them. For their safety and to satisfy our insurance cover, we are unable to allow them in our treatment rooms.
Noise and smoking in the salon
As a courtesy to other clients in the salon, and to enable you to fully relax, we ask that you switch your mobile phone off. GLOW is a smoke free zone.
Previous NextClient care
When booking an appointment please inform us if you are pregnant, or have any other condition that may affect your treatment. You are always welcome to arrive early for appointments and leave late, so that you can benefit from some chill-out time in one of our lounges. If you would like a particular therapist please request when booking your treatment. Refreshments are complimentary and a light lunch can be provided at a minimum charge.
