How to enable Javascript
Javascript is a technology that makes our website interactive and intuitive. However, your web browser does not currently support it. Follow the guidelines below to switch javascript support on.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 (Windows)
- Select “Tools” from the program menu.
- Click on Internet Options….
- Click the Security tab.
- In the “Security level for this zone” box, click on Custom level….
- Scroll toward the bottom of the Settings box to "Scripting".
- Enable Active Scripting.
- Click OK twice to close the dialogue.
- Revisit the GLOW Home Page.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 & 6 (Windows)
- Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
- In the Internet Options dialog box select the Security tab.
- Click the "Custom level" button at the bottom.
- Under the Scripting category enable "Active Scripting", "Allow paste options via script" and "Scripting of Java applets."
- Click OK twice to close the dialogue.
- Revisit the GLOW Home Page.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 (Mac OS)
- Select Preferences from the Explorer menu (or Edit menu in OS9).
- Click the arrow next to Web Browser.
- Click Web Content.
- Under Active Content check Enable Scripting.
- Click OK.
- Revisit the GLOW Home Page.
Mozilla Firefox
- Select the Tools menu, and click "Options"
- Click the "Web Features" tab
- Click on the "JavaScript" checkbox
- Click "OK" and reload the page.
- Revisit the GLOW Home Page.
Netscape 7
- Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
- Click the arrow next to Advanced.
- Click Scripts & Plugins.
- Check Navigator beneath "Enable Javascript for".
- Click OK.
- Revisit the GLOW Home Page.
Netscape 6
- Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
- Click Advanced.
- Check both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript for Navigator.
- Click OK.
- Revisit the GLOW Home Page.
Apple Safari
- Select Preferences from the Safari menu.
- Click Security.
- Check both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript.
- Close the window.
- Revisit the GLOW Home Page.
